Hi my name is Jenny Shouri-Elimlech,
My younger brother (39), a father of three children, was drafted into the reserves and is now next to Gaza together with his battalion, reservists like him, who left everything and went to do what is necessary.
But guess what…. they are missing 40 bulletproof ceramic vests to protect them and make sure they return home safely after they are done protecting us. I won't go into the magnitude right now of how painful this all is.
I'm just doing what I feel I have to do and I'm turning to you to help me raise the amount needed to purchase the vests and as soon as possible.
It is 96,000 NIS because each vest costs 2400 NIS (24,615$).
We only have until tomorrow to raise the money because we need to buy the equipment and also deliver it to them in the south of Israel.
I contacted the organization that collects equipment for soldiers and they are collapsing from the overload of requests, therefore, I have opened a dedicated fundraiser exclusively for vests for them through the fundraising from the Heart association.
The "Gius Mehalev" fundraising association has been operating for 4 years in the field of crowdfunding in the healthcare field, the association is managed by Noa Harish, and all the funds that reach the association are transferred to the fundraisers according to their request and needs.
The association undertakes to transfer all funds even before receiving them from the credit company in order to purchase the vests immediately.
